Viburnum - Arrowwood

$8.75
sold out

(2-3’ bareroot) Viburnum dentatum - Arrowwood’s mature height is 6 -15 feet tall with equal spread, with a medium growth rate of 13-24″ per year. It tolerates a wide variety of soils and climates. Because Arrowwood will tolerate wet soils, they are a good choice for areas of the yard that are too wet for many other plants. Its fruit is dark purple to black that birds enjoy. Since it forms a dense thicket, it also provides the necessary cover to encourage bird activity in the yard. It also attracts many different types of butterflies, hummingbirds, and the hummingbird moth.
